Strategic Planning Process

Step 1: Initial meeting: To determine needs, identify problems, and establish goals and objectives.

Step 2: Analysis: To gain a clear picture of your present situation, we will

engage in a candid exchange of information and opinions.

Step 3: Strategy Development: After making the assessment of your personal situation, I will recommend strategic options. I will work with your attorney, CPA and other advisors to discuss options, explain alternatives and define priorities. By combining the various disciplines, we will ensure that the decisions you make reflect the most thorough and objective analysis, and ultimately the best solution.

Step 4: Implementation: I will coordinate the necessary resources and

appropriate products to implement your desired program.

Step 5: Service: I will help you monitor and review your program to help ensure it’s working for you, year after year.

Financial plan recommendations can be implemented with the advisor of your choosing. Implementation of specific products or services may result in commissions or fees outside of the financial plan fee. Periodic reviews of your financial plan may require a new planning agreement and result in additional fees.
